September 11: Creating Clarity
When it comes to communication, we like to get it over with, NOT to have understanding. Learn 3 tools to understand other people and have them understand you. Connect with others on what is important to them right now and what to do about it. Create alignment: one or more people moving in the same direction towards a shared goal objective.
October 9: Developing Your Core
Scientific research (neuroscience) shows the better we understand ourselves and other people, the more effective we can be and more we can accomplish. Inside each of us is a force that drives us. Define that force and you will be able to do greater things. Identify what is important then build stronger, faster and more agile teams.
November 13: Engaging Your Team
Get your people engaged and keep them engaged. Communicate in a language that engages people and STOPS communicating in a way that DISENGAGES them. Learn several tools proven to get and keep your people engaged. Better understand what your people want. Create an engaged workforce and improve bottom line results.
During this three-month series, you will:
1. Understand you! What are your gifts, where do you need to develop, and how?
2. Understand your team! Learn how to incorporate behavioral and skills profiling tools.
3. Network and collaborate with like-minded managers and leaders. Run with winners.
